I live in Ottawa and wanted to send a cheer up plant to my niece who lives in Squamish. Billies house came up during my search. I immediately liked that their offerings were different than the standard online florists, so decided to use them. I called, told them what I was interested in; their florist made an excellent recommendation for a beautiful orchid and pretty pot to go with it. It was delivered the same day and my niece was delighted! Needless to say, I was very happy with their products and service - something to be lauded in these challenging times. I definitely recommend Billies House and will use them again.
The service provided by Billies House was exceptional! Their website was very easy to use on my iPhone. Their staff was friendly and helpful when I called to make some changes to my greeting card twice!. My order was exactly as requested "Love in a Mug" - it looked very much like the picture on their website but with my requested colour palette and was delivered the same day according to my detailed delivery instructions. Perfect! I'm looking forward to ordering from them again.
This is not the first time I’m unsatisfied Now my mother from back east in Ontario is fumming too!! She is 84 years old and sent us a Christmas center piece Cost her $150 for a couple of branches and a two dollar candle No pointsettas like she ordered! Did you get our order mixed up ?!?!?! I will send you a picture of what a $150 order I sent her should look like!
Wow!!! I provided Sylvia at Billie's Flowers our color scheme and "vibe" we were going for, for our wedding, and I have to say when we walked up the aisle to be married and saw the florals, it was so beautiful and exactly as we had imagined it! The bouquets and table centerpieces matched the feel of the ceremony and was absolutely perfect and beautiful! Thank you so much! I HIGHLY recommend Billie's Flowers for your wedding, or any event! Called from Ontario to arrange a thank you gift for a friend in Squamish. Wanted to support local business. Billie’s did not disappoint! The woman on the phone was professional and friendly! The flowers and donuts looked amazing! Thank you for the great gift and speedy delivery!
The staff at Billie’s was a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive and helpful when we were planning our wedding florals with them. On the day of the wedding, our contacts that picked up the flowers mentioned how polite and friendly the staff were. The florals and greenery we ordered were fresh, fragrant and stunningly arranged.
Recently my father passed away. My work family sent me a bouquet of condolence from Billies. I was not impressed. It had 2 peonies that we closed and some greenery wrapped up in cellophane. A friend of mine had the same experience one week before me with a bouquet that was sent to her on the passing of her husband. I used to use billies for all my floral needs but will not be using or recommending them anytime soon.
Billies Flower House made myself and my bridesmaids beautiful bouquets for my wedding. I wanted stunning flowers but didn't want to completely blow my budget. Also, loving my dress, I didn't want to overpower it. They were super flexible with adjusting my flower package to what I wanted, selecting the flowers that could survive the heat, and working with my budget.
I used billies for our wedding where they did the bouquets, corsages, boutonnières and center pieces and arch piece. I was a difficult person and kept changing things up as the plans progressed but in the end they were awesome and worked with me and they gave us exactly what we were looking for. They also seemed to be the best price within the corridor. I alway work weddings as an assistant and working with the employees is always easy and they know exactly how to make things look bueautiful!
I highly recommend Billies House. They made the most beautiful wedding bouquet which was last minute because we got eloped and we are not from Canada. So I got there only with an idea and they had only two days. The team is friendly and try to do everything they can. I only told them which flowers I like and which I don't like. I'm still in love with the bouquet. Took it around the world and it's still alive. I dried it and put it in a frame to remember. But it survived the flight without any problem. Thank you so much Billies House!!!
