I dealt 100% with Anna, who always kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process of purchasing and financing my Honda. She answered all my questions, let me know when I was able to pick it up, and even completed some of the paperwork prior to me coming down to sign and take possession. So I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Superior customer service, and they even sent me home with a couple bonuses. I'm very pleased with the entire transaction, and will keep Bill's in mind for any future needs.

Fabulous shop, fabulous staff and fabulous stock! Nice 45 minute drive from Winnipeg, it is worth the trip...no really, it was. The shop is conveniently located on the edge of town, and is easily spotted from the road with the big Honda Signage! Upon entering the shop, Anna, marketing and finance staff greeted us and asked what we were looking for. With a broad answer from us, she encouraged us to look around and come to her if we had any questions. With her permission, we were encouraged to sit on any bikes we were interested in. Throughout our browsing, Anna checked in at least 4 times to see how we were doing, had some conversation with us, explained how their price tags worked--it is all laid out for the customer; cost of the bike, taxes, any discounts and cost out the door. She offered to print out any info we wanted on specific bikes we were interested in and provided us with some info booklets. All of our questions were answered, and we were satisfied with the answer! Two small downsides to this shop: their hours are somewhat limiting--no weekends and they are open until 5pm or 6pm depending on the weekday, and they do not permit test drives but it was mentioned they may be able to figure something out for us...on the other hand, maybe as a customer, I'd be more happy to purchase a brand new bike that hasn't been tested by someone else, but having test bikes available may be helpful. It was great to see only Honda bikes--makes the shopping process easier...oh and they have a Honda loyalty discount...so all my Honda driving friends...this is the place for your next bike! Accessories: The shop had a fair selection of helmets but I couldn't see any other riding gear. Parking: Ample and accessible. Paved lot. Accessibility: Ramp access into the store and within the store. Website: Accurate, up to date, and laid out very professionally. Photos and videos included. Bought a bike and yes, I am happy with the purchase. I am used to working with mechanics so, I know a good one when I see one. I can recommend this place if you are looking for quality of work Edit: 1 year later..... Bike starts up perfectly in time for spring with the soaring fuel prices it gives even more reason to be riding again, everything's running perfectly so far, I had zero issues last season of daily riding and the last 3 weeks of riding last season old fuel seem fine so far but I would've been eager for fresh fuel just for that ease of mind

The only honda dealer in Manitoba that listened to what I wanted. I started looking about 3 years ago at the CB500X and when I started emailing and visiting dealers asking for pricing and availability they all tried selling me a 500 Rebel or were not even interested in trying to get one for me. One email to Bill's Cycle and Anna was more than willing to help me with getting one. When I finally pulled the trigger on the bike they never tried to upsell me anything. They asked about accessories and showed me what the bill would be with ones I picked but never pushed them when I declined them. Never did they try to talk me into financing. They just let me do my thing and made the sale. The kind of dealership I like. My local Honda dealer sales department has left me with a bad taste in my mouth with their uncaring attitude. Their service department will get an opportunity to impress my when I get work done on my new bike but I will never purchase anything through sales there. Bills Cycle is what a dealership should be. I wish I lived closer so they were my local dealer.

My wife and I are new riders and we went in to look at some new bikes over Christmas break and it was easily the worst retail experience I’ve had. Receptionist seemed nice but wrote us off immediately and offered no sales help. Went to talk to the guy at the parts/service counter and he could barely take his eyes off his computer screen long enough to say a word. He literally told us that unless we are going to take our bikes to the track, it’s not even worth riding in Manitoba. Nice, great thing to say to some new riders and potential customers! This experience combined with some we’ve heard from others really astounds me as to how this place is still in business. Seriously if you want a new Honda bike, just go to Winnipeg Sport and Leisure, don’t waste your time here. Or if you don’t want a Honda, go to Wildwood where they are truly the best.

Bill's Cycle is a great place to buy a motorcycle. I purchased a preowned VFR1200F from them. They completed a driveshaft recall, put in a brand new battery, and provided a 3-month warranty at no extra cost. Bought a brand new quad here, had to bring it back for warranty issue with the winch, totally understandable. They fixed under warranty but they would not re spool the cable unless I paid them 50 bucks two minute job everyone had a “don’t care attitude”. Will never go back here !! I will buy my next new quad elsewhere ..

Excellent dealership made the purchasing of a new 2019 Honda Rubicon an easy experience for out of town buyers like us.
