It has been since 2011 that I have eaten at Bill's BBQ. We stopped tonight heading home to Rochester, MN. The place is still great. Tasty pork ribs, baked beans, and coleslaw. There is also a small selection of beer and wine coolers. The service was great and I talked to the owner about old times and she remembered my parents, who really liked this place. P.S. Make sure to call ahead to ensure you reserve your ribs, not a table, but ribs for the evening.
Can't complain staff was nice and food got fast. But felt rushed and other points live were complaining all is good though. My son wanted it for his birthday so we were happy they stayed open even after the covid 19 pandemics has happened to so many closed restaurants... happ for themFood: 5/5

Support your local business! Chicago Native, recently moved to Mason City, Iowa. My partner and I tried a few bbq spots here in Mason City, nothing compares to this. Definitely brings back good memories of Chicago Bbq. Awesome job, we'll for sure be back!
Can't decide on food for the bunch? The awesome two choice menu makes it easy to decide! Great staff and a neat, clean, small, yet inviting family owned BBQ joint. If you want delicious fall off the bone BBQ ribs with the home cooked feel, stop here. P.S. the coleslaw was amazing.
We googled a BBQ in Mason City and it was one of our top favorite BBQ'S on our BBQ tour! The meat just fell right off the ribs. It was very good! Only ribs on the menu...delicious!! It also smelled very very good in there...yum yum!! You got to try this place!!
Best ribs in town my family has been going there for years it's always a treat to go there menu is simple and food is always delicious my favorite place to get ribs. Thanks to the road construction we found Bill's. The other couple there had been eating at Bill's for 30+ years, if that's not a testament to the place I don't know what is. The food was great, portion was generous, and facility was clean. The owner was the only one working at the time and she was so nice and friendly. We will definitely be heading back.
My boyfriend and I just moved next door to this place, and decided to give it a try and we were amazed on how great the food was, best ribs by far and the best coleslaw I have ever had. Friendly service and fair prices. Love this place and will go back again. We felt very welcomed, especially since our ticket said welcome to the neighborhood. 5 stars, definitely. ..
