We have been dealing with Bill for several years. Bill and his staff have been some of the most helpful and reliable people our family have ever dealt with. Country Companies is lucky to have such a staff representing them.

Unfortunately, Bill Dean is one of the most untrustworthy insurance agents I have ever used. He's more than willing to take your premium, and then provides zero customer service. He takes weeks to respond to questions and then gets angry with you when you ask simple questions (once he already has your money). We have a complaint filed against him already.
