Got my first "Good" bike from Bikes & Beyond, and have had it needed to be repaired (from general use) several times. Cannot say enough good things about the staff and shop in general. The bike itself has been always reliable, outside some spokes and rims being over used on my part. Staff have dealt with the manufacturer for warranties for me to get them though they expired, with me being okay with paying the full amount, and succeeding with the Manufacturer honouring the warranty. Prices have always been fair, especially with the quality of work given. I have gone in there to ask questions, the staff, while much much more knowledgeable than I am, explained it to me in ways that made the solution clear to me, making my life much easier. I have recommended whoever I can to go to Bikes & Beyond, and they have had the same experiences. Last week my girlfriend went for a bike ride, her tires were low and had no pump, she lives right by there so I told her to use their free outdoor hand pump, it was gone (presumably stolen or I am misremembering,) she went in side, the staff filled the tires immediately and were very friendly to her. The shop is easily my favorite business to deal with in Winnipeg!

This review is a little late, but last August I purchased a new cycle-cross rig from this shop. Living five hours out of town, the shop provided me with excellent communication and service over the phone and email. The sales man, Marcel, was very friendly and helpful when I made the trip to pick the bike up. He provided my partner with another cross bike and we had a nice little ride together before I pulled the trigger. Thanks Marcel!

Always helpful. I won't bring my bike anywhere else for service. I would give bikes and beyond 10 stars if I could. Love this place.

i do a fair amount of shopping there... from picking up a few tools and supplies to buying some bikes. i like all the staff... sept for the old drunk guy... just kidding Bruce... love ya! a few people complaining the techs shot their bikes down... i don't think they meant to hurt your feelings(well, maybe the bearded one might have). their just being honest. there are definitely some things that a tune up just can't correct. junk components and badly made bikes is one of them. i know I've owned my share of them.

Rented skis from here. Very friendly staff, awesome service. Would recommend, and would rent from here again!
