I’ve been to Bikeland three times now, and every visit has been outstanding. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely go above and beyond to help. Repairs were completed quickly with minimal downtime, and I always felt like I was getting great value for the work done. On one occasion, a staff member even stayed after closing so I could pick up my bike — that kind of service is rare these days! Highly recommend Bikeland for anyone looking for reliable, honest, and top-quality bike service.

biked from Orillia to Barrie I hit a pothole on edge of bottom of Bayfield Street around 12:15 pm and couldn't avoid itnI went to The Bike Zone on Anne Street first and told the man my situation and he said he still had a customer's bike on repair stand since that morning and couldn't help.nI ended up walking bike to Bike Lane and they were able to fix and replaced a new in tube, new rear tire within 40 mins I was back on the road.nVery kind staff and I highly recommend using them, reasonable and fair price for repairs.nLots of regular bikes and electric bikes in stocknPlease support this businessnThank younRob
