I'm not sure they are still in business. We ordered multiple bike racks over a year ago for our school. Very little communication at this point. I've emailed and left messages, but they aren't responding. It's a shame, as our first set of bike racks were right on time, installed to order. The service was amazing. I hope they get things sorted out, as I love shopping local for our school.

I have been trying all winter to contact them about an order I placed in the fall. No luck. Looking for another supplier.

I think they are closed because i went direct'y to their office because i have been trying to reach them for a week and the door was locked and inside it seemed to be abandonned.
