Wow they know there stuff and will walk through it with you on the phone.   I bought some tires on Amazon thinking “I got this”.  Big mistake.  Rim sizes are archaically numbered and I of course wasted time and money on the wrong ones that were a true pain to return A quick call to Bike Rack and they walked me through the correct tires which I picked up that day.   Yes they cost a bit more but their level of expertise and service was well worth the slightly higher cost.    Support your local shops - and this one is great!!

Hated it! Every bike "Made In China" go to Blue Moon Bikes!!!! They have classics "Made in USA" bikes going all the way back to the 1880's

Great staff!  Very knowledgeable and our salesperson spoke to me like I was an adult, not like I was a 4 year old (as did another establishment in the area). My husband and I bought 2 great Trek bikes there and are completely satisfied with our purchase and the service!
