Great shop, one of the best. Super knowledgeable staff. Quick turnaround time on repairs and service.

Good price for the bikes and the staff were really chilled out. They sorted us out with a good price and let us take the bikes over night. I couldn't have been more pleased and will go back again with friends.

The rudest service I have ever had; asked one simple question of a mechanic and could not believe the response. I hope someone opens a competing shop, would easily carve out a huge slice of this business. I hope others have a better experience because I will never go back or recommend to anyone.

Most likely the coolest bike shop I ever visited. Replacement axle was in stock. After 2min I was ready to ride again. Saved my Mtb weekend!

Being a veteran bike shop manager from Moab I was appalled at the horrible treatment we received at this dump of a bike shop. The employee (possibly the owner) that we interacted with was so unhelpful it was painful. We needed a repair and some trail advise. When asked about trails he brusquely said that there were 90. Period. Then when pressed he said we could buy a map. Period. Then when asked for specific trail recommendations he couldn't have been more vague. I'm embarrassed for this guy. His shop is literally a dump. Merchandise piled in heaps all over. Trash commingling with merchandise. It's like a real bike shops nightmare. Don't go here. Don't give this jerk one dime. He is the cliche too cool for school attitude that is killing our sport.
