Terrible terrible terrible. My boyfriend went into the store In the Champlain to buy me a pendent for Christmas. The pendent was 10k gold and the lady charged her 260$!!! My boyfriend not knowing placed and order and bought it. Couple days later he found a another pendent at another jewelry shop 20k gold for 160$! The company are fraudulent people. When we went back to the jewelry shop and asked for a refund the lady said no sorry. “We didn’t force your boyfriend to buy the pendent”. Never buy anything from this jewelry shop!!!
We purchased a bracelet and earrings. I specifically asked the sales lady about the returns and money back if we changed our minds. We were told I would get a refund if I changed my mind by the sales lady but obviously it was just a sales tactic!!!We went back after 3 days and were told no refunds!!!! BE very cautious! Not recommended. Horrible customer service1
