I was recommended by another jewelry store in the mall as I needed the battery of my watch to be replaced. When I walked in at 8:30PM on Friday nigth, the representative was already putting the covers on the counters and when he saw me he started to take them off. I told him that I am here for my watch battery. Then his answer was that it was too late to replace the battery. Few days later I had the battery replace at The Bay and it took 2 minutes. I was always wanted to go to this store and look what they got. Now, for sure I will never walk in there anymore. Terrible service.

Terrible customer service... Called twice to get an update because my watch needed a battery replacement (only 6 months old and still under warranty)but never got an answer. They took a month to get it done!!!

I came to the store and I received a really bad service. Not only the price was not what they told me initially,there is no way to return an item. Also, there is no customer service number or a way to contact the company online. When I called the store to deposit a complain, the responsable person hung up on me right away with no explanation.

J'ai demander a faire commander une montre et j'ai fais un suivi. Après cela, aucun rappel que la montre était arrivée ou d'explication. J'ai acheté ailleurs... service non professionnel.
