I went last month and the owner Lucie served me, WOW!!! what a great service, she took the time with me and explained every detail about diamonds, She gave me a crash course. I went to other jewelry stores before going there and they didn't give me any information and judged me on the way I look. so I was very happy with the service , price and product. Lucie surpassed any expectations I had. I have recommended this store to everyone!!! I will be back and I told my boyfriend I found my engagement ring!!! thank you so much.

the Worst customer service, was told that something was returnable when i asked the employee specifically he told me yes, the next day i went back to the store to return it because i bought something else, and the owner told me that it is not returnable only exchangeable. should be called chemin des voleurs rather than chime dor, their service is far from being gold. Special place in hell for these types of people
