Arrogant and incompetent. Asked to have an engraving done on our wedding rings. The result looked like work from a 5-year-old child. He never apologized for his awful engravings and we had to pay extra to have the rings sent out to be corrected.
Brought my gold chain to get fixed, realized when I got home my chain was shorter. They never offered to give me any links back, so sad.
Simply asked for a watch diagnosis and a phone follow-up and never received any update in ~8 days. Very disappointing service. Would not go back except to pick up the object. Difficult to trust. Sadly.
