Came to repair two watches and asked to remove one pin to the bracelet of one of the watches. When I tried my watch at home the bracelet wasn't properly closed and the watch fell... I would have expected the clerk to at least try check the bracelet. At least the watch seems fine, but I am not happy that it could have broken.
Negative rating due to their external watch repair service. Had my watch sent out for a very simple and straightforward repair. Repair was done but watch came back with a tilted/ off center dial and a dust particle in the dial, both of which were not there when i left the watch.
Not a good place for repair! I Should have read other reviews more carefully.
