Came to repair two watches and asked to remove one pin to the bracelet of one of the watches. When I tried my watch at home the bracelet wasn't properly closed and the watch fell... I would have expected the clerk to at least try check the bracelet. At least the watch seems fine, but I am not happy that it could have broken.
