The lady working was super sweet and very helpful. I didnt really know what I wanted so she gave me a few ideas and her final recommendation was a Black bear frozen she ever offered to make me something else if I didn't enjoy that which was really good !! Thank you for a great experience. The store was clean and even the bathroom was clean and smelled nice ! Photos are my original and the enhanced copy slightly brighter and a little off color.
Awesome staff and they worked hard and together to get ou big order out in a timely fashion and everything we had was fantastic. Definitely would go everyday if I lived in the area. Would highly recommend!!!!!
The coffee is amazing, and the people working are amazing. Everyone in this location treat the customers like another human being. They all also have a good attitude none of the workers have a bad tone. This Bigbys has earned me and my co-workers business forever.
Great Coffee and service. My 3 year old granddaughter loved the magic milk chocolate milk with whipped cream and sprinkles I like black coffee, son had mocha mocha frozen and my daughter had the iced latte. We also tried the Pumpkin Muffin.
This biggby is awful , I've visited many locations but this one does something wrong.. I've tried it multiple times as well and every time their mocha caramels taste awful no matter whether it's cold or hot.. also the teddy bears aren't right either. I feel like the employees maybe don't measure precisely and that's why it doesn't take like how biggby should . If u never had other locations and this is the only biggby u ever had your missing out! I recommend the one in wauseon those people make it perfect every single time. Even the hot chocolate in this location tastes awful.. i hope the manager sees this and does something about how things are measured because it makes a huge difference in the taste .. super inconsistent tasting coffee.. and biggby coffee is so bomb.. but not here ! If I crave biggby and I'm in defiance i never stop because it's a waste of money at this location!
I’d like to give a shout out to Lena at defiance Ohio location. I’m a regular customer there and while ordering at the drive thru today, I forgot my wallet and let her know but with a big smile she said “don’t worry about it, I got you” in shock I kept thanking her. She’s genuinely so welcoming and her smile is just contagious! She’s amazing and made my entire day
This place was completely unorganized. It gets crowded inside with the line that forms fast. Names are not taken for orders so everyone is guessing what item is theirs. Tables were dirty. Prices were ehh, restroom was dirty. I just wouldn't go again. Nope.
I love the smell of coffee shops! Great atmosphere, awesome people and even better drinks. Service: 5/5
I got the hot mint chocolate. It was amazing! It could have been a little hotter but the taste was amazing. My wife got the black forest latte iced. It was good. Service was quick even though it was busy. I would recommend going here.
Love the frozen mocha mocha workers were awesome I bought a cup from them and they washed it for me and put my mocha mocha in it.
