If there was a zero star you'd get it. Not only has my mother and I had issues with staff once but its happened twice now. You have officially lost my business and all of my friends business. There is absolutely NO EXCUSE to be rude to your customers! Get a better staff or train them more because they are ridiculous.
Love biggby. Great service, great coffee, love the people that work there, I never wait long at all and they are over all my favorite. I'm a daily loyal customer.
They don't seem to know what a plain hot tea is. Just hot water and a tea bag. But after 4 tries, all of them taste like they were murdered with sugar packets
