The service there is spectacular! The staff has everything put together and they can take multiple orders at once with a nice time to give you your coffee/drink/food. And not to mention there is a variety of food and drinks there. I would recommend going here. They also have a points card if you go there often.
Great noontime break. Had a White Lightning with a toasted "Everything" bagel and cream cheese. Took a seat and relaxed. Would prefer more comfortable seating but tables and chairs are OK. And my #1 wish....a drive-thru location! Don't always have the time or inclination to park and go in.
I love Biggby, it is my favorite coffee shop. Alma Biggby has excellent customer service and it is always so clean. I come here all the time and I highly recommend to others.
Really nice people working there. Very kind and helpful even when I had to change my order as they were making my drink. Definitely recommend this location.
The best Bigbby you'll ever goto is in Alma. If you're want service with a smile and a little laughter on the side this is the place to be. The then Brad said, "hi".

They didnt tell me they ran out of ingredients intil after I ordered. They tried to substitute the ingredients in a smoothie and it tasted plain and not worth the money at all.
Absolutely love their service and I have not yet met a barista there I didn't like. Fast efficient and my latte perfect! Thank you!
