Big Wash Coin Laundry

When we arrived we were immediately greeted by a friendly helpful woman. I think she could tell that I haven’t been in a laundromat for a long time. She showed me the different machine options and how to use them…..she also provided change, so it was an excellent experience. A few machines were out of service, but it was slow so this was not an issue. I used the 2 biggest machines, so this was done in 25 minutes…pretty slick. $9 per load…..not sure how that compares, but this would otherwise be 4 loads at home but only 2 loads here. A good experience to be sure….I will be back until my home washer is repaired…….nice place.

Space is VERY clean. Most machines are operating. There are several of the large capacity washers here that are definitely large enough for king comforters, sleeping bags and other bulky items like that. The attendant is very helpful and quick to assist you should the need arise. There is both a cashier here during regular hours and a change machine. The dryers all take quarters and the washing machines take loonies.

That's my first time here. Small load $4, medium $6, large load $9. To dry the loads every 16 min is $1. And if you need detergent 1 cup detergent is $1. For washing you need loonies and dryer quarters.

Good washers & dryers but unprofessional management. Everybody knows how to use washing machines. However they would insist to use 70% of space which in their terms "use less than 60% space and multiple machines so we can suck more money out of you". Even if you got fluffy clothes they would come and tell you do not put more clothes. Never going back to this place.

First time coming here to wash my extremely thick king comforter, i googled lots of places and this one had the best options for king sized comforters. Im normally not very social so coming here and being the only one here was nice. Had tons of machines to choose from and the lady immediately helped me get some change as i didn't have time to stop anywhere, my blanket is thicker than most and the maxi washer held up great! Pricing to me is normal! You want a good wash you get what you pay for!

Went here during a work trip, and was able to receive coins, and detergent. Very quiet and calm place. Great service. 10/10 recommend

Very expensive place to do laundry. Owner is all over you only push button once . After 30 min. a load of tee shirts was still wet. No offer to reimberse any money. "Every laundromat is different" was his responce. DONT GO HERE!!!!!

Me and my boyfriend have been coming here for over a year now and I don't have a single bad thing to say about this place! The couple that runs this place is absolutly amazing and they are so sweet! Easy convenient and lots of room to sit and chill while u wait. It's a great place to get your wash done! Justake sure to treat the staff with joy and respect because they absolutly deserve it! Thank you I hope u see this cause u guys do an amazing job. Thanks!

Horrible service the owners are extremely rude and are try to rip people off! I was trying to wash 2 medium blankets and they wanted me to use 1 machine for each blanket just so they could get more money. He literally went into the machine and pulled out my clothes. We have been going there every weekend for the last 10 years we spend 100s there every month but they have now lost our business forever. However the forest lawn location on 17th is amazing!

I was very surprised to see bad reviews for this place! I can't believe that people are saying that they have bad management, the people here are so nice and helpful. I don't know if it is a matter of cultural difference or just some people that are jealous, but all throughout the years they have always been helpful.
