The park is great is for kids. They had a lot of fun. Adult hot tub was nowhere to be found. It is on the pricey side. You have to pay $5 for parking, you cannot bring any outside food, and they have no food options for anyone with food sensitivities nor will they allow you to bring your own food to accommodate such food sensitivities. They use to have BBQ you could rent and bring your own food which was a fantastic feature as we would have a family BBQ here yearly. Now you can't do any of it. They should bring this feature back and also offer gluten free options on their menu for people with food sensitivities and if they cannot they should allow people to bring in food for their sensitivities.

It is the closest water park to where I live, but it is pricey for what's offered. $28 during the day is a little steep, especially since a lot of the slides could use a refinish. They catch your bathing suit sometimes. It is a fun time though, just expect to pay a good amount for admission and food, if that's what you want. Go in the evening and get in for $17/person.

Went on the weekend and had a lovely time there. Plenty of slides to go on and a nice play area for kids. I loved the adult only hot tub, it was strange how refreshing it was even on a hot day. Some of the slides could use a resurfacing. They are a little rough on the bum of your swim suit. I would suggest not wearing your favourite one. If you have any questions to ask them I would suggest calling as they are very slow to reply to email. They didn't get back to me until I had sent multiple throughout a week. While they do have a very strict outside food policy (I was shocked people saying they search your bags but they actually do) if you have extreme allergies they will let you bring in your own food. Overall I would go again but it's pricey no matter how you cut it so it's a once a year activity.

Must advertise that it is not "adult friendly" as the hot tub was actually very hot and it could work for Autumn or Winter time, but for Summer as it was definitely not pleasant, plus the sunshine was burning like hell because the pools don't have any cover from the sunlight... Of course for 20 minutes is fine but later on it gets really hot... There were not too many shades available and many areas to lie down with crappy grass, so you definitely need a towel, unless you rent it with the shade so it is extra money and there was not cold water to refresh from the heat... I am not sure if also the water from the slides was cold or fresh but we were two adults and definitely we were not much into the sliding area... When you enter the first thing you see is the Universal changing room that is one toilet inside with a door??? Then you keep going and you see the lockers and changing rooms... Already late, they were still sort of old and "beach style"... But those are free in English Bay... The food was OK but I had to wait twenty minutes for two drinks -by then the hot dogs were already cold-... Plus they charge $5 for parking and even with pre purchased tickets from social shopper we had to wait in line like 20 minutes to pay for parking and the taxes to get in, again from the beginning under the direct sunlight... Definitely, I am not going back again unless I get really anxious kids who would like to go...

I went with my family last year when it was still Splash Down, and this year as Big Splash. The cabanas are a nice if expensive touch, and the addition of the grill is a fantastic option. The issue I had was the fact that the paint used to "spruce the place up" was peeling in many places. That wouldn't have been an issue if the slides hadn't been transformed into cheese graters. Fix that! The addition of a 48" minimum for all the main slides is annoying for families with 5-6 year olds.
