They are a family ran business and not part of some big corporation so you are never just another customer to them. They make tax season easy and enjoyable!

Unbelievable professional service. I would recommend anyone to them. They took the time to explain things and add things I did not ask. I was welcomed in with open arms and left as being family. They are real genuine down to earth people that enjoy their profession and are extremely concerned on your well being first then taxes second. Open door policy for any questions or just to say hello. Very kind people that completed our taxes quickly and very efficiently. They were able to get me the most I have ever gotten back and were very flexible with my schedule. I forgot some paperwork and they worked me in between clients later that day. Will be recommending to friends and family

Julie was amazing! The wife and I had to bring the kids with us and they have a room just for the kids to hang out in. Doing taxes is already stressful enough, shouldn't have to worry about the kids on top of that. I own a company here in Post Falls and she was able to seamlessly blend my business taxes with the wife's taxes. Asked questions that I didn't even know were things to consider. Definitely recommend to everyone! 10/10
