Garbage service. Seriously the woman in the service department couldn’t explain anything to us properly and we had more problems leaving there then when we went in. Not worth the money you spend

Bought my first car at this dealership 17 years ago, keep coming back.  Now on my 4th unit - and I am loving it.  Great deals - I never felt like I overpaid.  Staff is always smiling and laughing.  Service department ALWAYS gets me in even last minute when I need something done.  Appreciate how they truly diagnose before just going ahead and spending my money for me prior to approval like a different dealership in town...won't say any names (chev) .,, thanks Big Lakes Dodge - keep up the great work! I'll keep coming back.
