This place is SO GOOD! my favorites are the kalua pork and the beef Bulgogi. The portion sizes are big. The picture below is a mini plate, because I cannot finish a normal plate. They have recently remodeled and I looks amazing. They also now have indoor seating. 100% recommend!
Great food at reasonable prices. A comfortable atmosphere with an amazing wait staff. Definitely a place I plan to go to regularly.
A nice place to stop for lunch in Bend with soup, salad, and traditional plates including Kalua Pork. The menu has a number of healthy options for the mixed plates including salad, brown rice and steamed broccoli. I reviewed the menu and ordered a Kalua Pork Plate with a salad and brown rice with a Hawaiian Sun drink. The salad arrived after a short wait and the rest of the order arrived about ten minutes later. The brown rice was moist and had good taste. The Kalua Pork was a little dry and a mild taste to it. Located in the Old Mill District in Bend next to the movie theater on SW Powerhouse Drive. Outdoor seating area was a little full, but the indoor space had plenty of tables available. A nice menu with the option to have two three items on a mixed plate including Kali-Bi short ribs and Spicy Chicken. Friendly service, solid food, and a number of different menu options make this a good choice for lunch in Bend.
My favorite Hawaiian food in town that has reasonable prices, good variety, and quality food. We always get kalua pork with cabbage and chickens katsu. Mac salad is different but love it!
The cheeseburger was very generous with lots of fries. I ordered pickup but had to wait in line for a few minutes, even when I could see my order.
Went here for a dinner date after work, we were not disappointed. I enjoyed the terriyaki beef, lemon herb chicken with white rice and a salad. My love enjoyed the terriyaki beef and terriyaki pork with brown rice and a side salad... Our food was very flavorful and came out pretty quick. We will eat here again. If you like rice I suggest you get the steamed white rice, two scoops vs one scoop for the brown rice
After many attempts to eat here and discovering it to be closed, I finally made it out on a work day at lunch. Teriyaki chicken was quite boring, kind of dry, and mac salad was unmemorable. It didn't make me sick, so three stars. But I probably won't be back.
Loco moco was amazing, definitely not average. Full of flavor and I loved the potato Mac salad!
Excellent, authentic plate lunch in Bend! The Kalua pork was great as was the spicy pork. A diverse menu with many GF choices. Dog friendly patio. Super friendly staff. Enjoy and aloha and the delicious food!
Holy cow! Wow! 10/10. The dishes are simple but Packed To The Max with flavor! The garlic tofu is, well I'm a loss for words, sooooo good. Every dish is customizable, which makes it even better.Food: 5/5
