Please know that there is 1 star because there’s no option for negative stars!! Absolutely the worst food and experience ever!! I paid almost $70 for food that was disgusting and made me and my husband sick. I called to get a refund as I order from here all the time and they had the nerve to tell me they’re sorry we got sick but couldn’t refund me but could give me more food. Why on earth would I want more food from you when you made us sick and had the nerve to be mad that I called my bank to dispute the charge. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!
The food isn't bad here, but the people working there are a big part of why i go here, always pleasant, and if something gets messed up on my order happens rarely they are always quick to make it right. And go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy walking out the door.Food: 5/5
Worst take out ever!!! Generals tso's was dried out, tough. Ribs , tough not edible. Pork fried rice, tasted old,like it had been heated too many times, egg rolls..yuk We threw every thing out! Awful
I cannot go on enough on how awful the food was that we received. The rice was over cooked or reheated. Hard to tell. My beef was pink, undercooked. The crab Rangoon was underdone. White in color and the filling was cold. I tried to submit feedback but their online form and email aren’t working. I tried it for the first time today and will never eat it again.
Dragon meets Phoenix was very fresh, cooked well, and the variety of vegetables was perfect for the dish. For a generic Chinese menu it gets 5 stars for today.
Loved it. When they say it’s spicy they mean it. Good spicy tho.
Dumplings are the best in town... HANDS DOWN! steamed shrimp and vegetables is so delicious. Super easy online ordering . Great and prompt delivery!
I'm a bus driver in town for a tournament. My group was a banquet for dinner, they invited me but I couldn't leave the bus near enough to attend so I was on my own for dinner. I come from downstate and Chinese food is a very popular in my area and family I'm Italian and only Italian food is bigger than Chinese with us. So I gave this place a shot. There is a huge difference between downstate and upstate when it comes to foods, especially Chinese and Pizza, so I honestly was expecting much. I order a Garlic Chicken Combo and Fried Dumplings. OK first the Dumplings: They did not taste at all like the FD I'm used to, however, that does not mean they were bad. In fact I found them to be quite good and enjoyed the difference. Next the chicken: OUTSTANDING! Very tasty and a very generous portion. And the egg rolls were very good as well. And for what would easily cost over $20 downstate I paid $16 and some change. Also as noted by some other reviewers, some of the staff was said to be rude, but I found the 2 ladies working to be very friendly. Food was ready in under 20 minutes and was piping hot and fresh. While I'm not a regular to the Cortland area I would come back here if I visited again and would recommend this place to others.
Placed an order at 5:15...called at 6:20 to see where the heck our food was. We were told it was just sitting there and that they were waiting for the delivery driver to come back, that it should be about 20 more minutes. I work in food service, so here’s a tip: DO NOT TELL A CUSTOMER THAT THEIR FOOD IS JUST SITTING THERE. So rude. 25 minutes go by, still no food, so we call them again. Are told by the same girl that “she’s watching the delivery driver leave. Didn’t get our food until 7. Not worth it at all, food was not hot. Will not be ordering from here again. Wish I could give negative stars.
I've ordered food from Big Hunan since it was Hunan Wok and was downtown in Cortland ! In the last 5 more or less years the quality and consistency of the food has taken a dramatic nosedive, I've almost always ordered the same 3 - 5 dishes, they not only haven't tasted anywhere near like they used to, they've been down right awful. VERY DISAPPOINTINTING, VERY SAD, MAYBE IT'S TIME TO WRAP IT UP!!!!
