KILLER SMASH BURGERS, reminds me of five guys burgers which rank at the top for me! Definitely top restaurant quality, I’d pick the banquet smash over the jalapeño one. It was definitely more juicy, maybe a tad undercooked for my liking so I just took out the pieces that freaked me to eat but that’s not to say it was unsafe to eat.. I wasn’t really sure! Perhaps, if you like your burger with no red at all, let them know, they may cook them at a certain temperature to keep the juices in!! So good anyway!! Got the regular poutine too, it was massive, no way one person would eat it! It was layered with lots of generous amounts of cheese curds and gravy, a bit too much cheese but who’s complaining on that!!? If you like your poutine with a ratio like that, this is your place! Definitely would come back for the burger. Fair price too.
I've been here 3 times now. 2 poutines the 1st two times and just tried a the Double Banquet Smash Burger at lunch today. All I can say is wow. The food is incredible, price is excellent and the staff is friendly and atmosphere is great. Outstanding all around. Well Done Big D's Staff Food: 5/5
This place is amazing! The burger is one of the best I've ever had! The poutines are massive! Even the regular size is big. Could only eat half. Will definitely be back! Looking forward to trying other things on the menu. Food: 5/5
Food was amazing! This was our 3rd visit - have wanted to try the milkshake every time but always out of luck. Today they were out of milk but went above and beyond - they went to the store and grabbed some milk for us! Great service! Thank you!Food: 5/5
Hands down some of the best food I’ve had in a while. The burgers were cooked to perfection and the poutine had the perfect portion of cheese curds and gravy. The customer service was amazing and overall I had a great experience there. I would definitely recommend both locals and people travelling to come check out this awesome spot!Food: 5/5
Stopped in for my first time on a Saturday at 5 pm during a busy rush with my girlfriend but was pleasantly surprised by great service and not long of a wait! I got the Double Classic Banquet Smash Burger and it definitely lived up to the hype. My girlfriend got the vegetarian burger and actually finished her food before me which is saying something! We both loved the fresh ingredients, as well as the buns, and the quality of the meat! As I said, the service and staff were great! After my meal I asked them some questions and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. The only issue I had was with the ventilation inside, it was quite smoky inside and caused my eyes to burn a bit as well as triggering my asthma. It is a fairly new restaurant so this may be something they’re working on! I still give the place 5/5 for food and service but have to knock a couple points off for the atmosphere. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian burger was one of the options. You selected your own toppings as well.
Monday 12pm. Food was out it a flash for those complaining about the wait. My son crushed the dbbl Volcano burger. My wife liked the Louisiana chicken burger just wanted some more heat. Loved the coleslaw. My Banquet burger was pretty good. Why i ordered perogy poutine potato on potato i have no idea, but it was good. We want to try the pickle poutine and the philly. Family owned and we appreciate the struggle. We will be back. Dietary restrictions: If you're on a diet avoid this place at all costs.

Wow! This place is amazing. Husband got Pulled Pork Poutine and I got Chicken Caesars Poutine. Both of the poutine were delicious. I couldn’t believe the size of a regular poutine, it was enough to feed a family. I recommend Big D’s Poutine to everyone.
Wow this place is freaking amazing. My friend and I had gotten the chicken poutine, and the Donaire poutine as well as the Elvis dawg let’s just I hate hot dogs but your blew me away. Definitely will be back.
