Big Brother's was excellent! I can't recommend them enough. So professional and courteous. We were moving from an apartment on the 10th floor to a 4 level townhouse. They manage to move all the furniture in and out of elevators and up very narrow stairs with tight corners. We had a king size bed and big dressers that had to go all the way to the top! No problem for these guys. No damage to furniture or walls. They were SO CAREFUL! Thanks Big Brother Moving.
Sam and his team were amazing. They quickly maneuvered through my building with a 150lb leather couch, were calm and respectful and even provided leather care recommendations. Overall 5/5, would use them again for moving out of my current apartment at some point.
My neighbour and I used Big Brothers Moving to help us with some pots and furniture that we needed moved around our individual townhouses. We both found the company to be extremely pleasant to deal with, from talking to Zena in the office to set up the move, to the two young men who came to move our furniture. They arrived on time, were polite, friendly, and respectful of our property. They were very fast and efficient, and the work was completed on our individual properties well within the time period we had allotted. I would highly recommend this company!
