I've ordered 3 times for my lunch break. Everytime they eat they most of my half hour lunch waiting on my food then I have to cram down my food with the little time I have left , even when I order carry out. Need better staffing or something. Not going back on a lunch break that's for sure!
For the speed and flavor it's pretty alright actually. It had a bit of a mom and pop feel despite being a chain, and I really liked that. Our waitress was very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed for a speedy lunch. The strawberry pie was a bit of a disappointment as it tasted like just sugar.
Nice location and good food on the weekend they have the breakfast buffet.
Breakfast omlette didn't taste fresh along with coffee server never checked back with me and didn't bring my check
Great seeing the managers from the Warren 12 mile restaurant. It suffered a fire earlier this year. Otherwise, fries were cold and was difficult getting a drink refill. But there were quite a few carryout orders to tend to.
Quality of food is not there. My food was terrible. I got it to take home and put it the trash.
I can say my Big Boy combination was very good,with the cold slaw was very good also,but the waitress was very slow!! But overall I will be back.
