Breakfast was so dang good!! Everything tasted delicious and you aren't limited to your choices !! Went back and got dinner a few months later!! I had the Chicken Ceasar salad!! The presentation and taste was INCREDIBLE!! Our waitress with Chenitha! She was super kind and thoughtful! 5 Star Rating!!

Food was great and service was excellent. Many good parking spots. I enjoyed coming back to Big Boy. Thank you.

I received bad customer service but I don't understand why. It wasn't crowded and it was just me. A short female server with glasses and hair in a bun. I left a .25 tip bc she didn't check on me once. There's a male server with glasses who's great. But yesterday my server sucked. It was weird and disappointing. I wanted hash browns with my meal. I said it 2x. She said I should get the "Slam." She brought my meal without the hash browns and tells me it's not part of the "Slam." She asked if I still wanted them. I said yes, but I wanted them with my meal. I thought they would follow shortly. Someone else brings them out...20 minutes after I started eating!! So I said "no thank you." I was 90% finished! She never apologized. She walked by, didn't ask how my meal was. Instead, she stuck check on the side of my face from the back of my head, stating "I took the hash browns off the check." No apologies. No thank you. I over tipped twenty five cents. I'm planning to call to understand if I did something wrong to cause server to be so bad. I had to get up and beg for butter with my french Toast i ordered because she ignored me the entire meal. I want to ask her did I do something to make her service so horrible?

Rude unbathed staff. No plates at bufet. Tables nasty Highly recommend as a place that needs a visit from the health department and the better business bureau.

Food was good. Clearly they are short handed. Need crayons for kids menu & had to ask for silverware. Salad bar is open.Food: 5/5

We went there for the seafood buffet. Called ahead to see what time it started. We were told 5:00pm & we got there at 4:45. They were at about 25% of their capacity at MOST. Well the seafood bar looked pretty bad. Alot of almost empty pans. The ones that did have food looked pretty dry. I talked to the manager and he got right on it by having more & fresh stuff put out. I thought that would be the end of it and we'd leave happy. We had a VERY odd encounter with another employee though. She saw our plates at the end of our table waiting to be bused. Some with food still on them, some not. She went on to tell me her displeasure of wasted food & people starving and that's not how she does things. After my initial shock I told her WHY the plates still had food, that it was from the dried out stuff prior to the manager putting out fresh stuff. The manager wasn't to far away and got wind of what had ODDLY just transpired. After he was made aware of the full conversation he replied, "yea she's a little off". Well off or not, that's not appropriate for staff to lecture customers on their beliefs. Maybe if they don't work so well with customers put them in the kitchen rather than the front of the house. The manager did what he could do though. We would go back there and just hope there's no issues because we've always liked Big Boys. In fact I worked at one prior to college many years ago. I was very surprised that big boys served pizza at this location. I did enjoy the pizza it was very good big crust and big slices of pizza. The presentation of the pizza and bread sticks were good. Store was clean and staff was very friendly. Which is why I still gave a 5 star rating. Because pizza good and bread sticks good and staff friendly. I would recommend to try pizza. I will be returning again in the future.

Amazing food, everything came out fresh and extremely hot the service was terrible. The waitress made me feel super uncomfortable. She added on a side that I did not want and felt like she was ready to fight me over it. In a normal world you would just apologize and take it off the bill I didn’t even touch the extra side. She made a stank face after, and was extremely rude the entire service. Didn’t inform us of upcharges, and gave an attitude asking how much it would be. Some people like to know when they’re going to be up charged.

Ham on both of the slim Jim sandwiches were burnt and hard to chew. Onion rings were burnt also, French fries were ok. Really disappointed this time with the take out at this location. Usually it's really good. Maybe it will be better next time. I hope!Food: 1/5

So gross. Food was awful. I had cinnamon french toast and it was wet. No flavor, just wet. 2 servers working, both way past their prime. The female server could hardly walk, and the male server was loud and tacky. Never again.Food: 1/5
