Waitress was very nice! Food was good, except for the bacon. Very burnt, asked for new bacon. Waitress was happy to oblige! Cook sent out a second side of burnt bacon. Got a receipt for $43 from someone not our waitress, then a second receipt from our waitress. The one from our waitress was lower, I figured it was because of the bacon. Went to pay & the woman that gave us the $43 receipt said it’s ringing up at $43. I told her I figured it was due to the severely burnt bacon. Bill was lowered in the end. Still better than the Greenville location by far.
Ordered Togo. Food didn't take long. Restaurant looked clean. Cashier was busy with her phone. We still feel it rude to be on your phone while you are at work...I understand others take "smoke" breaks....but either way it is stealing time from the company. This store must give away at leat an hour of labor every day so people can keep up with the "better" part of their lives. Did I mention I was handed our container, no bag,napkins,ketchup any of those things a person may need eating a burger and fries? Just a container. Person ahead got a bag? Does not live up to the BigBoy history.
Pretty decent spot to get breakfast!! They were packed on a Sunday @ around 11am but we still managed to get sat, just two people.. the breakfast food came out fast and was hot!! They have great teamwork here we had atleast two different people stop by and top off coffee!! The hash browns were delicious ask for crispy!!! Scrambled eggs were not overcooked they were just perfectly cooked!!! I come here often and so should you!!! Wallet friendly!!!
Not the food I remember as a kid. Decided to stop more out of nostalgia than expectations of food. Fries under cooked, onion rings blah, definitely not worth upcharge, burgers tasteless.
We haven't eaten here since Covid hit. We decided to try it since it has been so long. The food was horrible! Our waitress was very sweet so we tipped her well. I do not recommend. I had a turkey club, bread totally burnt. My daughter said her chicken parmesan tasted awful. We won't go back.
Service was quite poor... Didn't take our order for 15 minutes and finally bringing us drinks. Food didn't come for about 20 minutes for three of us 2 children one adult and by the time food arrived drinks were gone no drinks with our meal and was not served drinks again until desert and only upon asking for refill.... Nothing special about the Cedar Springs Big Boy. Good, average food. We both had the breakfast buffet. Nothing fancy, a good average selection of items to choose from. The buffet area was clean, the food was hot and the seemly young morning staff had a big smile, was helpful along with good manners!!!Food: 4/5
The fish dinner was amazing the burgers were good everything was clean the waitress was nice food came fast. Wish we had more locations Vegetarian options: Salad Kid-friendliness: Very polite
The eggs I asked for over medium got no yolk. Then went back on Valentine's day breakfast asked for eggs over easy got them snotty. Maybe next lol. The little waitress was very nice.Food: 3/5
After we ordered a chicken Ceasar salad the chicken wasn't cooked all the way. The fries were cold. And my salad came out about 5 minutes after I finished my food. This family will never eat there or any big boy restaurants again.
