Big Box Outlet Store - Abbotsford

We stopped in just to look around, and ended talking to a lovely lady Gail. She was amazing! She helped helped us with a purchase and even price matched for us. We ended up buying 1000.00 worth of kitchen stuff! Wow...merry Christmas to us!

Pretty good selection of things . They have electronics , food , clothing and home items . All are for a very affordable price , they usually carry some furniture too. Great stop to buy discounted items that may have a nick or scratch for way less of a price than usual!

Big Box Rocks. I have been a regular customer since 1999. I find the variety and selection sort of like a modern general store and rarely leave without a bargain. My sister and I usually shop together and are always greeted by the most friendly staff who after so long feel more like friends. Special kudos to Gail who bends over backwards to please (no really backwards to plug in a lamp), it was impressive. I can not forget to mention our gal Tammy who never fails to greet us and serves up a happy encounter. I say what more can you ask for and a great deal too. Thanks

I purchased the nicest Garden Umbrella from the store in Abbotsford. Was originally missing a piece in the box I called the store and they replaced it right there. Then I got help puting it up and the first wind just folded it in half even though the umbrella was not open. I was so upset, I called to get a replacement part eoffering to pay although the product hollow and weak. Gail the manager called around to other stores/manufacturer too, was unable to locate. She was innovative and proffessional and I was called with a solution that I am very happy she thought outside the Box to make a dedicated shopper out of me. thanks

I was just shopping here today at the Abbotsford location. I normally shop at Langley . I thought they had a good selection . However at my check out - I had loaded somethings up and had to run back for one more item. When I returned the cashier said to me that's 14.99 about something I had already unload ...I reply ...hmmm that's weird because I thought is said 4.99 - let me go check - I go grab identical items that say 4.99 - they all say that price . So I bring it too her and say see 4.99 and they all have that price and you peeled off a sticker on this one when I went back for one more item . ?!? Who does that ? The cashier responded that someone has been pricing them wrong - I said oh well not my problem clearly listed at 4.99 . So the cashier gave me the item at to correct price however he demenar of peeling off the price stick to revleal a high one when I wasn't looking was wrong , this made me feel like I was being scammed and the cashier seemed shady . This cashier was not friendly or of great character . I will not be returning to this location .
