I love Big Apple Bagels! Moved from NJ to Duluth and haven't really found any good bagels here like Jersey bagels...until I went to BAB"s. Their breakfast bagels are awesome and so is their cashier's and cooks!!
I really try to see the best in everyone however there is no possible way in my i heart i can give you a five but i need to give you a one I would have like to leave a zero but i can’t so you get 1. I had taken precious time out of my day to get a delicious cinnamon sugar bagel, however once i had gotten to school I was greeted with a honey oat bagel. The shock on my face was nothing compared to the disappointment i have to your employees. I have been an avid big apple bagels shopper for years and this has unfortunately broken the relationship I had with the store.
Love big apple bagels but pretty sure they screwed up my sandwich order purposely when I gave a fairly low tip. Didn’t even toast my bagel. Just a sad, cold, untoasted bagel. I’d tip more if there were waitresses coming to my table asking my order and then bringing the order out but these are hourly wage earning employees. I shouldn’t have to pay extra on their wages for them. They are simply taking my order, making a sandwich and calling my name. That’s not really 10$ tip worthy service on a 15$ order. Petty employees
I hadn't been to bab in about a year so when I stopped by Saturday and bought bagels I was very disappointed to find that your bagels are just.not the same. They are much smaller and not the same texture or lightness. Plus I ordered olive cream cheese and got onion and chive.
I love Big Apple! Their bagels are so good! They have a ton of bagel flavors to choose from as well as a good amount of cream cheese flavors. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We got our food pretty quickly. I recommend the cheddar and herb bagel with cheddar and bacon cream cheese.
Big apple bagels workers where nice, helpful and quick. When my kids where going to share a smoothie the workers let them both have whipped cream!!
I ordered my bagels online as a surprise birthday gift for my daughter. They were delivered as requested and right on time. I called the store to ask them to put a note on the bag so she knew they were from her parents and they did it without hesitation. The bagels were awesome too I hear.
The bagels were a little small. They shouldn't call it big apple bagel. Its was a little pricey too. The restaurant was clean. The servers were friendly
Delicious breakfast bagel and a great light roast. So many bagel choices and good service.
Unfortunately I can not leave a good review. While ordering the attendant was not able to hear me as I was placing the order nor could I hear her as she spoke way too fast and way too softly. I had asked for a hazelnut latte. Long story short I ended up with a plan latte. When informed that I had indeed ordered a hazelnut latte all that was stated was : "that cost extra". Nothing like: "can I fix that for you" or even an "I sorry let me see what I can do about that". I made no issue about the mistake, but in the long run tossed the latte in the garbage and left quietly. It will be hard to return with such poor customer service. I have worked customer service for 20 years. Mistakes happen. How you handle your mistakes makes all the difference in the world to make a good customer experience happen even when things go wrong at first.
