First time visiting today. Early Saturday was a little busy but the two women there were hustlin'! They made us delicious sandwiches and got our bagels promptly. They are delicious and I love the flavors they have. Will definitely be back. Thanks you!

Very disappointed today. No Everything bagels on a Friday. Employee kept scratching her head. Coffee in thermos was lukewarm. Not sure l will eat the two bagels l bought.

Today was the third time I’ve ordered online, asked for no mayo, and came home to find mayo on the bagel. Don’t even give an option to remove it if you’re just going to do what you please anyway.

I have been a regular patron of Big Apple and have recommended it to several people. However, today I ordered 2 turkey Havarti sandwiches to go. When we opened them, they had left the paper on the cheese on both the sandwiches and the lettuce was so old it was actually pulp. Very disappointing and careless for a food service.
