Staff is very knowledgeable. The selection for aquarium supplies is spectacular.
This location has about half of what other Big Al's have. This one is pretty depressing. It looks more like a clearance section of somewhere going out of business. I'd skip this place completely and check out another location elsewhere.
Good all round mix of pet supplies. All the big names, smart fish folk! I've been a member more than 30yrs.
Thier tanks are often dirty with fish that have a variety of issues that are clearly visible. Poor costumer service and even seen false advertising, by far the worst Big Al's I have visited
I would like to thank Diego from the Big Al’s Brampton team for his timely help. Without his advice and direction I would have lost more fish from my aquarium. Thank you Diego.
