Happy and helpful staff went above and beyond to make a super fun night in the midst of unusual times. Thanks for a fun night Big Al's!
Even in a busy Saturday night there wasn't a wait! Got our own lane in the back alley and it was much quieter than the front section. The waitress who took our order was very helpful and kept us updated when the kitchen was backed up. We paid for an hour rather than by game and it worked out just right for us.
I always have a great time when I go there and out of all the places I have been since the Coronavirus this place is the cleanest I've been to they're constantly wiping down and sanitizing everything it's nice to see a business that cares
The food was alright, nothing special whatsoever. I wouldn’t say it was good either. The games were fun though, but expensive. The drinks are good and the drink menu itself is pretty interseting.
Really empty. Arcade is open. Safe place if worried about COVID to play games. I believe my son and I were the only ones in the building.
