Got some firemouths and some convicts! Unlike big chain stores these guys really know what they are talking about !!!nnI went and got a ADF today and had to pick up some of the cutest little.female guppies ! Love this place
Recently picked out about 30 fish over several visits. The last visit was outstanding. While I generally get good service there, no complaints, have to compliment Shawn for taking some time with me to talk fish. I was lucky it wasn’t too busy as I really enjoyed sharing fish stories and learning about other options for my 75 gallon.nnHe was very careful about using separate nets for different tanks and quick to answer any questions.nnHe suggested some compatible species and is very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about fish keeping. I’ve been in customer service and manage large departments and was impressed by his friendliness and efficiency.nnIt’s not the biggest or the fanciest store in town, but well stocked for the space they have. I have read people complaining about tanks with “not for sale” signs but I appreciate they let the fish acclimate to London water and are observed for about a week before sale. Cuts down on my quarantine time for sure. They will also order you in just about anything.nnLovely store, great service, and I’ll be back! Thanks, Shawn, for your exceptional service.
Great store. They also have done special orders for me for things not found in their store. Their aquarium accessories are high quality and so are their fish tanks. The fish and plant selection is amazing and they even sell salt water fish and corals.
Amazing prices, quality shrimps, and friendly staff. Knowledgable with questions I had with the shrimp, and tooj the time to get the specific ones I was looking for out of a boat load of them, thank you!nIf you are a shrimp enthusiast, definately go here!
Great store they could put more effort into the cleanliness of it mind you. The One manager in there is excellent to do with wears glasses . If the other manager is in I prefer to walk out honestly
