Dropped bike off for one new derailer and a tuneup three weeks ago and it was supposed to take 8 days. Three weeks later and 3 conversations later there had still been no work done on the bike with 3 different reasons why. Otherwise very friendly people, maybe just don't drop off for repairs or tuneups

This shop is ridiculous, they claim absolute knowledge of bicycles, if they make a mistake, they blame the customer. Horrible service. How can a business improve without admitting their mistake?? Never going again. Very insulted. Don't waste your time qt this shop.
Great shop! I often go there and I'm always well served. I had a friend come up from Quebec City last weekend and on the first day of our four day mission, his brakes and my dropper post goes! We paid for the express service and we were gladly on our way two hours later! Talk about service!
