The staff here are amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and safe. They also will make sure you understand what they are doing and give you details to help you through the process.
I go here every 3 months for 2 years now. I never have any issues. It's clean and comfortable for waiting. It's not noisy. The staff is professional. The parking lot out front can be tight sometimes, but never would make me look elsewhere. They follow the health and safety guidelines they have to when required as far as I can tell.
I was a few minutes late for what I thought was my appointment time shown on the confirmation text message my bad! but in reality I was really late because you're required to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. Lucky for me they were still able to accommodate me, they were pleasant and efficient and compassionate. Much appreciated!
Was told I had to wait three to four months to get an ultrasound. When I questioned why the wait was so long, she hung up on me. Kind of saddening that someone who is that nasty works in healthcare. Going to Calgary where I can get in next week.
Only waited a couple of weeks, a quarter of the wait time in Dartmouth. In and out in less than 15min. Caring staff members. Seemed more thorough than my mammogram done in Dartmouth. Very impressed!
