Horrible management, on average 1 or 2 of the 3 elevators work, trash chutes are broken so often they might as well not exist. No knowledge of how to clean properly, looks like they spend all their budget on extra concentrated cleaning solution of which the lobby and bottom 3 floors always smell of, pretty sure they can use 1/20th of that. Management aside building, view, facilities are great, pity such incompetent and unprofessional fools run the place.
Spacious apartments with full Lake view unlike the new towers that have compact floor plans. This is a premium property in the Lakeshore boulevard area and a must see if you are considering a condo for living in Lakeshore area. The Condo corporation is efficient and the building has excellent facilities and amenities.
Horrible. We sold our place because we could no longer deal with the questionable Condo Board that we suspect has its hands into the coffers. How else can you explain the constant rise in condo fees matched with the delapidated building? The security staff here are the worst, unwelcoming, rude so unless you want your guests to never visit you go right ahead. Spare yourself. I'm writing this not to perpetuate negativity, but because I don't want others to get pulled into a bad situation. The Property Management company, if you do your research, had rebranded several times but is still run by the same questionable people. I could go on and on...but I hope you trust the authenticity in my text.
Been living here for 5 years. Best location in Toronto right across the street from the lake without the downtown traffic and noise. Steps to 24 hr public transit and a neighbourhood filled with great local restaurants and an LCBO...what more could you ask for?
Great location and very welcoming amenities accompanied by questionable management. The residents are very friendly. Each phase has a slightly different vibe when it comes to security but what they all have in common is management that can't focus on the most pressing matters.
Beautiful buildings however the elevator areas are very narrow making it difficult to step out of the way for people, carriages, etc. The lack of a fourth elevator is disappointing and frustrating. Long wait times.
This place is disgracious with all these peiple wh. live for themselves with no. Trespect for others living around Police will never replace education and culture This is sad to see young people with such a poor education Where were their parents? So this building is full of these poor minded people I don't suggest to anyone to choose this place dispite the beautifull view And don't count on the management or your landlord to help you out with all that crap Ford city, they say?
Worst concierge ever... 3 problems I had with them. I am from Montreal. My girlfriend lives in To with her mom in her condo. I am surprising her to Toronto. I don't remember the condo number so I check in the book at the entrance. Her mothers name's not there. I go ask the concierge at the desk. Spoke to him for 30mins. Not able to find my gf's mother name in the system. She bought the condo 8months ago. Finally, I had to call the mother'a gf that was in L.A. To ask her what wasn't the condo number to go surprise my girlfriend that I haven't seen for 2 months. 2. A month later I go at the condo again. Go into the garage. Then, we change, and went out in a cab. Then it pop, we forgot to say to the desk that we were probably going to stay overnight. The woman say that's it all good, took our plate number and it was all going to be ok. Next morning, I had a ticket. Went to the desk, say to the woman what happened. She checked into the ticket log and didn't see my truck. After a little investigation. The guy that reported all the ticket, haven't see the note to not put a ticket fine on that specific truck so when out and give the fines. Then went back to the desk, saw the note and then not put VOLUNTARILY my truck so he won't get in trouble. 3. I send a package by post Canada to my gf. I pay for an express way and a signature. She is suppose to get it the next day before 5pm. She call the officie desk in the morning saying, she is waiting for a package super important that when the guy from post Canada come, to send them to the unit number. It was also written on the package Someone sign the package. We have no idea who it is signed it. Then not given to her for 24H. We are still trying to find where is the package and who is the person who had signed for. All these 3 situations happens within 2 months. Worst. Concierge desk. Ever.
They have gorges views on the lake and on the Mississauga horizon - you can see twisted towers near Square one, observe beautiful sunsets.
The management and the concierge are very polite and helpful. The location is fantastic. Stores, restaurants, TTC ..etc are walking distance. The downside is the elevators.
