Our guests thoroughly enjoyed staying here - we would highly recommend choosing this hotel 10/10. We booked a room block for our wedding in April 2025. The hotel was communicative, was able to extend our room block deadline to accommodate for last minute bookings, and allowed for early check-ins. This was a life saver as all of our guests were travelling from out of town. They also provided a shuttle service to our wedding venue. The forms for the shuttle bus were clear and the hotel went the extra mile and put up signs in the lobby with the shuttle bus times. The shuttles were also on time and were a great option for those who were drinking. Many of our guests also commented on the friendly and helpful staff. They even printed off my Father’s wedding speech when he forgot his at home - now that is service.
They go above and beyond to accommodate you. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were awesome and the Buttery Restaurant was so accommodating. My wife is celiac and they took every precaution to make sure she had a safe and delicious breakfast. Definitely will stay here again. The best we have stayed in for a long time.
This was a great Hotel we were there for my son's wedding so we had many rooms booked With Friends , they upgraded us into the tower , the room was very large and clean and plenty of amenities. The shower was good and the bathroom size was more than adequate for my wife and I . The elevator was a little slow but it was only three floors to walk down to the lobby. The staff was very attentive to our needs. The location is excellent it's right in the heart of New Market off Highway 89 on the north side. Unfortunately they don't have a pool . I highly recommend this hotel!
I stayed here for 2 nights, the room was fairly clean however the main issue that ruined my stay was noise. There is no noise cancellation at all any time someone opened their room door or spoke in the hallway it felt like it was happening inside your room. During the night my neighbour kept opening their door and the sound of the lock and door opening would wake me up as it sounded like it was my door as well as the sound of some men staying a few doors down who were visibly drunk talking in the hallway. Housekeeping came to start cleaning at around 7:40am and the noise of the vacuum and them knocking on each door also came through. I basically got no sleep while staying here, The staff were pretty indifferent and not particularly friendly. I asked a cleaning lady if there was anywhere I could refill my water bottle and she shrugged and went back in the room. The first night I asked if there was complimentary water bottles because nothing was in the room and nothing was mentioned at check in they gave me two bottles for the first day and also did not mention there was a dispenser in the lobby I only found out at checkout. I would not stay here again.
