This Best Western is a great hotel. Lots of amenities for accommodating large groups for sport events or a simply family vacation. The pool and slide are great for a mini vacation away from home. The addition of the lounge and restaurant is also great. There is always a large selection of breakfast items which is appreciated from someone who had food allergies.
Highly recommend for those with pups we booked through Bring Fido and received a pup care package on our arrival. Everything with the hotel itself was great: staff, rooms, bed, comfy pillows and great complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately our stay was impacted by other guests children running and screaming down the hallway after 10pm. Then at 2am a couple down the hallway began a domestic but again the incredible staff once notified dealt with the situation right away. Would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay other than the pool was ICE cold! It was unbearable and we could only last a couple minutes a most in the pool until my daughters lips turned blue and we had to go sit in the hot tub. Other families we had talked to during our stay said the pool had been like that the whole week, despite the front desk telling them each night that it would be warm for the next day. Unfortunately because of this, we would not stay here again. We were also disappointed that there was no discount for this when we checked out, especially because we selected to stay at this hotel for the pool.
Taylor from front desk was so accommodating even though he had a huge lineup he was able to meet my needs and make sure that all my worries were taken care of so blessed that I have consistent. Great service from our local best Western thanks Taylor. Can’t wait to see you for a birthday party.
My family and I did a staycation with our 3 children and had a great time! The kids loved the pool, water slide and the hot tub. The breakfast was especially good for our family as two of us are celiac and eat gluten free. The hotel had eggs, bacon, shredded hashbrowns, Chex cereal, GF bread and yogurt… to name a few. We did make a note on our reservation that we were celiac, which was communicated to the kitchen attendant ahead of time. I highly recommend this hotel.
