The hotel is very nice. We stayed in a platinum suite which was amazing. Everything was pristine, except the fireplace stopped working on us the night we used it. The restaurant is amazing with great food and friendly staff. Most of the hotel staff were extremely nice, even the cleaning staff great you with a smile. The man who worked all our evenings there however was the worst. Never had such terrible customer service from any hotel or anywhere for that matter. He was enough to make me think twice about returning. If you didn't need to interact with him however this hotel would be a 5 star review and worthwhile

The hotel was amazing. The staff as soon as you walk in are friendly and energetic and it stays that way throughout your stay. The Internet was fast and easy to navigate. The room was spotless and the people who clean them are fantastic to talk to if you stay more then one night. The are a ton of food options for you to order from if you don't want to dine in the restaurant and the bed was super comfortable. I loved my 2 night stay there and would gladly return.

Nice staff, stylish decor, and clean rooms. Espresso and hot chocolate stations were a nice touch. I thought breakfast at Boci was pretty good too. Parking was way too limited considering the number of events that could be going on. There might be loud music if you're on one of the lower floors. Our bathroom sink had a foul smell. My 13 month old pulled out a door stop that had a large nail on the other end, so that was disconcerting.

I recently stayed here and loved it! The rooms are beautiful with great amenities. We had dinner in BACI and service was excellent as well as the food. The staff were helpful and very personable. I cannot wait to come back!

The hotel was expensive compared to some, but you get what you pay for! Very helpful and courteous staff, clean rooms, a great fitness room and a nice pool for a cool-down after a workout (and a very CLEAN pool at that!) made for a wonderful stay (combined with an AMAZING wedding pulled off by the event staff in the other building!).
