Amazing stay it was my first time in Vancouver. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Considering this was my first stay alone at a hotel I felt very safe and at home. Would definitely recommend if visiting the city the walk downtown was not as far or bad as I thought.

Very clean and nice hotel. The staff was very hospitable and the cookies were a welcomed delight. The Italian restaurant next door is terrific as well. Would definitely stay again. The downside was the tub jets did not work, but everything else was in good condition.

A good hotel...clean, great location for airport...it fulfilled my needs of an overnight stay...used my best western points to pay the bill...thanks!

Very pleasant neighborhood to stay in.  The staff were wonderful. Within short walk to #3 Bus line. The room was comfortable and modern.  Only complaint is the AC is rather loud. Awesome restaurant joined to the hotel. Loved the hotel, staff and the location.

Great stay.   Everyone was polite   we stayed 2 days and they didn't make our bed the second day.   My gf who's works at the best Western said there beds are made everyday.   They promptly made the bed.    Was a great place to stay.   And includes a really nice but small courtyard of the 2nd floor

My friend and  I stayed at this hotel during the Pacific Dental Conference 2020! Staff are accommodating, receptionists always great us with a smile. Place is clean and quiet! Highly recommended!

"Good Service in good price" Staff was extremely helpful. Room was clean. Easy to check-in and check-out. Location was good. Internet was good. Peaceful environment. They answered all my questions over the phone. Overall I am satisfied with their service and will recommend others.
