nI had a great stay at Best Western Plus St. Albert. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better.nnThe room was comfortable and quiet, with a cozy bed and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight—fresh, well-organized, and with plenty of options to choose from.nnThe location is convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and main roads, making it easy to get around St. Albert and Edmonton. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, comfort, and service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers
We got the room with the big jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Great room. Super clean and spacious. Bed were excellent. Breakfast room is second to none. They have a seniors rate and a members rate too. We will be staying here on our next visit to the city for sure
Rianne and Julie were kind, understanding and very helpful as they went above and beyond to help make my stay comfortable and positive. Handling everything with kindness and efficiency. Thank you! However I do have to note, They don’t have CFL on the TVs, which was a first for me at a Canadian hotel. Other than that breakfasts were decent, pool was nice. Room was clean. Staff were top notch
I made a terrible mistake booking here. It is not what you are thinking. I booked for the wrong date. The wonderful staff at the desk helped me get booked in for the day i arrived. I had accidentally booked for the following week. Fortunately i was still in my cancelation window and got my money and my points back. We stayed in an executive suite and i will tell you, i would have thought we were there alone. Being on the top floor, there was no stimping above our heads and no sound from the rooms beside us. Also, the location, settled in beside a Wendy's and walking distance to a 7/11. Mall with Chapters just across the street. Breakfast was wonderful. Decent spread, everything was fresh. My kids loved the pancake machine.nnThank you for a wonderful stay. We found our new favorite Edmonton adjacent hotel for our trips down to Calgary.
We wanted to be on the ground level so we stayed in a pet friendly room. We're pet owners but had none of them with us. The smell of nilodor or something similar was so strong all night. Did the room really have that much pet damage to warrant that and if so, maybe the smell should be dealt with properly. We found the beds very firm and not very comfortable. The employee at the front desk, Nette, was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast room was busy and had a lot choices, the coffee was good.
