In Ottawa I stayed at this hotel for 15 days on business. To start with, I really liked the service at this hotel. The people were very kind, attentive, and provided excellent customer service. The location is great, you have everything around you: restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and many, many places to visit. Now, the most important thing for me at the hotel is obviously the rooms. It's really worth it because they have a kitchen, so you can prepare your own food and they have the necessary utensils, a large refrigerator, and they also have a dishwasher. The beds are very comfortable and extremely clean. Another thing is that the rooms don't have carpet, which gives a feeling of more cleanliness. I am very grateful to the person who cleaned my room, who supported me and is very kind. As for the price, try to schedule in advance so that it doesn't cost you so much, but unlike many hotels, this one stands out by far. Unfortunately there is no buffet included.
Excellent for one main reason : the staff !nThe rooms, the location etc meets expectations and I appreciate the consistency when I go to a Best Western.nBut I really want to highlight how kind and knowledgeable the staff is. Hospitality is at the center of how they approach things. My family and I will come back.

The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated that there were two sofa chairs and a table as well as a desk and chair. The staff also did their best to accommodate my request that unscented products be used in the preparation of the room. While I could still smell some scent in the room and bed, it was not too bad. I was very appreciative of that. I do look forward to when hotels just used unscented cleaning products for all cleaning but at least they were able to do my room without them. I would recommend this hotel.
Fantastic stay. Sherry at the front desk was super helpful, professional and friendly....really appreciated the welcome/check-in experience. Very clean room with comfy beds/pillows/linens. Will definitely return ourselves and recommend to family/friends staying in Ottawa. Thank you!
