Excellent location off the 401 and very friendly staff. They quickly sent a maintenance person for our A/C. Pool was great and warm too.nnMain complaint was the rooms. The bed’s pillows and sheets weren’t my favorite material. There was also some patches of dirt when we moved the couch, but I see how that could’ve been missed.
Room is clean upon arrival. Bed has a squeaky sound which did not bother me much. Breakfast is standard but I like how spotless the staff maintains that space. I also like the coffee machine which you can make different varieties of coffee. The pool is clean but I wish it’s heated. Sauna is a bonus. The hotel is right off hwy 401 which is very convenient. Overall a good 4-night stay!
The location is good with lots of parking.nnThe coffee machine makes a variety of nice drinks.nnWe had separate issues during the stay and by calling the front desk, they resolved them all very quickly.nnBathroom lights were bright and is the brightest space in the room.nnWe booked the stay for many consecutive nights, but initially we weren't provided with enough towels and shampoo for the duration and number of registered people, so we had to ask the front desk for extra in the middle of the stay. It's not very considerate as I've stayed at hotels including other BWs that provided more basic supplies for 1 person staying less nights. There's a difference between being environmentally friendly and what a person needs for a shower.nnThere's 1 EV charger but every night the same Tesla would hog the charger. Unsure if that's the owner/staff.
This hotel and its employees and services are top-notch!!! we somehow always stay near the TP airport, but we will stay here again and would recommend 100%. Hot breakfast, warm hospitality, nicely made clean rooms, all were 5 Hassan from the night shift deserves employee of the month! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Thanks to all...but he was the most kind and attentive.

On our visit, we even got to see the youngest staff member a baby working hard. You can feel the family bond. It was amazing.nnWould 100% recommend if you are visiting the area for family or business.
