Stayed for one night and had a decent stay. Some reviews mention noise being an issue, I was at the very end of the hall on the top floor, so there no issue for me, but my traveling companions in other rooms were not so lucky. I found my room to be clean and fairly spacious, I am not a fan of the multiple square pillows... made sleeping very uncomfortable. The mattress felt a bit old and stiff. The shower had surprisingly good water pressure, so that was nice. The major bath products are communal, but they provided a few make-up removing wipes, which I thought was nice. The staff were really nice, with no issues or concerns there. Wasn't super impressed with the breakfast offering and as such, didn't have any of it, so I can't speak to taste etc. I will say my room had laminate floors, but when I asked the three others I was traveling with, they had carpet and all commented that it smelled musty. I did notice an odd stain on the couch, which is in one of the pictures. Overall, for a quick, short stay, I had a good experience. If I'm in the area, I'd definitely stay here again.
I stayed at Best Western peace Arch inn the service was amazing. The rooms were clean, perfect location. Very central management is so friendly and very welcoming I highly recommend. Breakfast was really good they had a lot of options. Not to mention it has a pool sauna and a hot tub including lots of parking.
This was the worst place we ever stayed at. We checked in June 14 and was given our room. We got settled in and then the toilet was plugged. We decided to go down to the hot tub in case it was something that would fix it self. Of course we get to the hot tub and it’s ice cold. The person at the front desk said we needed to turn the temperature on and give it 30 minutes. We then went to our room and the toilet was still plugged. My husband got a plunger from the front desk but it didn’t work. He spoke to the front desk and they had one room left we could go to.nSo we packed up our stuff and went to the next room. We put everything down and then I looked under the mattress of the first bed as that is what I always do at any hotel to check for bugs etc. and what do I find is a vacuum sealed bag full of green pills. I took them and went straight to the front desk. I told him I found them under the bed and he said the room was clean. He was looking at my like I was lying. I told him well they are not ours and gave him the bag.nI went back to the room and checked under the second mattress and off course more stuff under there. A tray with toe nail clippers, nail file and some thing else along with a bunch of papers. Got on the phone right away and asked the front desk person to come to our room. I showed him what I found and he just stood there. My husband said obviously this room wasn’t cleaned. The male said the room was cleaned and we both said obviously it good enough.and we said well those are not ours either. He just looked at us. He then said he can have the oil cleaned and we can stay or he will refund our money and he wanted an answer now. We told him we would be leavingnI would not recommend this hotel at all
Great hotel have stayed on every floor in different rooms. The jacuzzi rooms are awesome and there are also dog friendly rooms as well which is nice. The gym is only cardio equipment but the pool and sauna are very nice. Great central location and very friendly accommodating staff.nnOnly gave 4 stars since the free nights deal in the spring wasn't automatically added to my best western account and I had to go through the hassle to make sure I received it.nnAlso some TVs only have Roku which sucks.
Injured my back, bruised my thighs No a/c. Changed rooms, cracked tiles that cut my feet. Smelly a/c, leaking old fridge and squeeky bed. Because the first night I injured my back I couldn't walk well for 3 days. All my inquiries were ignored. Given no compensation. The housekeeping staff were so good. I was given incredible help through this ordeal. I have had a few instants of bad service with Best Western and seriously considering to ban this hotel. If you are not treated like a VIP as soon as you check in, walk out!
