really like this place, staff are super nice, it's a bit far for me, i do stop in every time i get a chance. Wish you had a location in Bridgewater. My cats love BFF pouches and of course as you can see on the picture their special treat " INABA Churu" tube approved by my vet also like the package says "totally unique creamy treat"...very good ingredients and vitamins. I highly recommend this.

Best pet supply shop in all of tantallon, they always strive for quality and the staff are amazing to be around, everything is priced reasonably. 10/10

Knowledgeable, helpful staff. My only disappointment is that they sometimes do not have what I'm looking for, such as a specific size of dog coat, or a specific brand of product. They will do their best to see if their other location has it though and will have it set aside for you. I really like this pet supply store!

Staff was very unprofessional. Did not even look up from their phones/stop their conversation with one another to greet or help. Got to the cash and didn’t even notice I was there. Very disappointed.

This store has a policy where you get a free bag of dog food after purchasing 12 bags. I went in today happy that I finally had enough to get my free bag! Unbeknownst to me, this "loyalty" program has fine print where you can only use receipts issued within the last 2 years, so several of my receipts didn't work. Pretty disappointed.

Initially it was a joy to come into this store. The staff were friendly and seemingly educated regarding the product lines they sell. The mascot Captain is a nice friendly touch. Unfortunately over the past while I have found the staff to be very judgmental and less than educated on the products that they sell -but do not recommend as it seems they now believe expensive high quality kibble is the worst possible thing to feed and heaven help someone who goes in feeding from grocery brands. As a dog guardian of two pups that I treat like family I walked out feeling like I’d been dismissed and that somehow my vet was terrible. Well, my vet is FANTASTIC and the staff did nothing to aid me in my search for a novel protein to give to my dog. They turned their noses up at the $100/bag specialty food that I am feeding but had no advice to offer regarding a product they would recommend instead. They act like they have degrees in pet feeding BUT they don’t. They are pushing raw with seemingly little personal information regarding how to switch to raw or the effect of such a switch on a dog with pancreatitis. The lack of education being sold as information is not acceptable. This is especially true when pontificated down the end of a nose. I went to Global instead and received fantastic information and assistance. I think the two ladies need to take a step back off of their high horses and remember making a client feel bad or confused is no way to have them leave your store. To be clear price was never an issue in my case but their lack of enthusiasm for their own product save for the small amount of freeze dried raw made me turn around and go elsewhere. 3 years ago I would have given 5 stars. Today I would not go back if they were giving the food away.

This is a really nice little shop with friendly staff who are always helpful if you have questions. I've even had them call around to other shops to see if they can get something in for me, and they're always happy to hear about and see pictures of your pets!

Worst staff... very judgemental and think they know everything. At first they seem sweet and knowledgeable but it ends up being extremely tasteless when they turn their noses up at anything you may do differently. God forbid your sick cat is on a prescription vet diet. I left nearly in tears as they made me feel if I loved my cat I wouldn’t be putting him through this... meanwhile I was coming in to purchase raw/wet human grade food to supplement the kibble with. I always have This place is a total joke. They act like they have more knowledge and education than your vet seriously and they lack taste, basic social skills and class.

I am pleased they support small business like myself and are now carrying my dog treats in both of their locations in Tantallon and Clayton Park in Halifax.

Your Fur babies are treated like family here along with great customer service for the humans!!! If they don't have what you're looking for to they will try their absolute best to help find it for you.
