Story

A 9 acre fenced area in the northeast portion of the park provides a secure environment for dog owners to exercise their pets off-leash. A separated section for small dogs is also available. The site is supported by ample parking and the facility remains open year round. All other areas of the Community Park are off-limits to dogs.

This place is really lovely. It has some entertaining bag holders and signs scattered throughout the park and a lot of places to sit. There is a small/puppy area as well as a large/all dog area that includes a hiking trail!

Large dog park area is beautiful and well maintained. The small dog park was terrible. Not only was it tiny, the grass wasn't cut or maintained. I will not take my dogs here again.

I personally love this dog park I brought my puppy here so he could socialize with other dogs. Just be sure to keep an eye on your dog because not everyone does and there are some rough players.

Can get a little muddy in early spring or after a rain, but this is a great place to let your dog run around and visit with other dogs. Well maintained large area, including trails through prairie grasses. People who frequent this park are friendly, and their dogs are well behaved.

It was generally great however a Mastiff dog went after my dog and another dog. She had to be taken out of the park. That is the only time this has happened.
