I have been a customer through 3 name changes and would not bank anywhere else! Are they perfect.......no, but then again who is? The staff are always very helpful and pleasant! Great place to go in my opinion!

DONT GO HERE!! THE WORST SERVICE HERE EVER!! THEY ARE CONSTANTLY SCREWING UP YOUR ACCOUNTS!! ANY PLACE IS BETTER THAN "WORSE FINANCIAL"!! I HAVE BEEN TO OTHER CREDIT UNIONS, WHERE THEY ARE SO NICE AND WORK WITH YOU! AT WORSE FINANCIAL, THEY JUST FIND WAYS TO SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. CONSTANTLY CHARGING YOU FOR MINOR THINGS THAT THEY SHOULDNT BE CHARING YOU FOR!! NO PERKS FOR BEING A MEMBER! JUST HEADACHES!! NO ONE THERE KNOWS THEIR JOB!! SCREW UP AFTER SCREW UP AFTER SCREW UP...HAD ENOUGH AND LEFT!! BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!! THERE ARE PLENTY OF CREDIT UNIONS OUT THERE WHO WILL APPRECIATE YOU!! IF THERE WAS A WAY TO GIVE THEM BELOW 1 RATING, I WOULD!!

I have had an account here for over 20 years and am looking elsewhere. Cash withdrawals are limited to $2000 in person or $1000 ATM -not helpful when paying for big expenses. They are also uneducated about any unfamiliar check types such as family support subsidies or 403b withdrawals- they either force you to open an unnecessary account or hold the money for weeks. The customer service is awful- it used to be excellent 3-5 years ago. I'm currently moving all my accounts to a new financial institution.

Tried to open a new account online. Transferred the required $50 from my other bank to what I thought was my new account at Worst Financial Credit Union. After the money was taken from me I got an email saying my new account could not be set up without first coming in and setting up a savings then they could open my checking. I told them I did not want a savings and that the website did not ask me to open a savings as a matter of fact the account type I opened didn't even mention savings unless I wanted to open one at a later date at my discretion. I then told them never mind just give me my money back I will stick with my current bank since I could not get a clear answer from these idiots. Who wants to trust $1000's to people that don't even understand their own policies. It took 90 days to get my $50 and countless hours on the phone arguing with the very rude branch managers. Do yourself a favor and switch and if you are looking look again!

THANKSGIVING WAS THURSDAY! REGULAR WORK DAY THESE DAYS FOR MOST! SO NOW GUESS WHO CAN'T CASH THEIR CHECK, PAY BILLS, GET GROCERIES? US! VERY UNHAPPY... AND OF COURSE, DID YOU BOTHER TO SEND A FLYER? PUT IT ON THE WEBSITE? NOPE. SO ANOTHER MINUS TO THIS NEW GROUP. CAN WE PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD CREDIT UNION? YOU KNOW, COMMUNITY SCHOOLS.. THE ONES WHO CARED?
