Best Choice Floral

I have dealt with this florist multiple times on a professional level and have never been happy. They consistently deliver flowers at least a day before necessary, which results in arrangements being droopy and wilted. They have also delivered them to the wrong place, or not at all, but when confronted, claim to have delivered them and gotten a signature proving so. When being asked who signed for the flowers, they were unable to tell us. Also, we have never had to sign for the flowers, so why the missing arrangement had to suddenly be signed for is beyond me. They fulfill any FTD orders coming to us and, again, consistently, deliver half dead arrangements and plants. I would not recommend this florist in the slightest.

I used 1 800 flowers to send flowers out of state. They ended up being made by Best Choice. When I saw the picture of what was deliveted I was pleasantly surprised. They were even better than the picture I had ordered from. Thank you for your attention to detail.

A co-worker suggested this small town shop and I'm truly disappointed. The "owner" Katie was nothing but short to me, and very rude when I was asking simple questions about an arrangement I wanted made. I ended up leaving after she went to the back and never came back up. Pretty store, terrible service!

Terrible florist. I was the recipient of a bouquet from Best Choice Floral. They left the flowers on Saturday afternoon next to my garage door without any type of protection and without calling me to confirm. Unfortunately I was out of town for the weekend so the flowers sat there until late Sunday night (in Wisconsin, in January). I sent the florist an email to let them know and they never even bothered to respond. FTD should cancel this contract.
