Dear Best Buy Customer Care,nnOn August 31st, between 3:30 and 4:00 PM, my spouse and I visited one of your Best Buy locations. During our visit, I asked a staff member a question. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with, who later identified himself as the store manager named Sanjeev, responded to us in a highly disrespectful and unprofessional manner.nnHe answered my question with complete disregard, while chewing gum, and in a very rude tone. When I asked to speak with a manager, he sarcastically replied, “I am the manager.” Later, both my spouse and I witnessed him speaking with another staff member in a mocking way directed at us, which made the situation even more offensive. When I told him that I would be filing a complaint, he dismissively laughed and said, “Go ahead.”nnIt was extremely shocking for both me and my spouse to experience such behavior from a store manager at Best Buy. We have been loyal customers of this store and have purchased many items here — including, on that same day, a robotic vacuum and a furniture cleaner. We expected professionalism, courtesy, and respect, not rudeness and mockery.nnThis kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and far below the standards that customers should experience at Best Buy. I respectfully request that this complaint be taken seriously and that appropriate action be taken regarding this manager’s conduct.nnThank you for your attention.

The staff in the cellphone place get a 10/10 from me. Specifically - Sanjeev, Roy, Alok and young guy in glasses and bangs, one gentleman from geek squad and a lady staff who walked by to help provide “how to reset iPhone”.nnI went to get a new iPhone with BestBuy Sep 23. I had to come in several times/days Sep 24-25 due to issues with my iCloud password/reset, transferring of WhatsApp chats and data that failed.nnTo make a long story short they reassured me that I had time and they would give me time and allowed me to take whatever time is needed to get the information I wanted transferred and deleted.nnWhen someone else was off shift or new person on shift they always new what I was therefore when I came in each time to sort this out without having me to explain everything again and I ended up leaving both phones there to complete a transfer since it was staking so long and kept it safeguarded.nnObviously this situation wasn’t fun for me and I was anxious to leave my phone and data with strangers. But this situation really turned out to learn how great the team was and in working and communicating together and in so glad everyone was understanding!nnSometimes the worst part of these situations is having to explain things over and over so each staff member understands or having one person understanding and another not. It honestly felt like the team of staff always knew what was going on and I didn’t have to explain and everyone was so understanding and patient.
My experience at this store was so phenomenal that I am strongly going to recommend it I wish I could give more stars than 5 to this store location particular the staff that worked on the cell department and the management. You guys are extremely awesome. You turned a rough day from being all hell to like a Godsent when you manage to help me in my dyer need of help. Thank you Northland Dr. Best Buy you'll always have my thumbs up of approval.
